Aside from making a notable product line with over a $100 million dollar company value after only a decade, what makes Erickson a Brand Champion is something much bigger. After doing business for only 9 years, Quaker Oats came to Erickson with an offer of $120 million for his well built brand. Erickson’s devotion to his brand and mission led him to turn down the offer and continue his corporate leadership with his wife.
